As for personal growth, a growth mindset is necessary. So, in my recent course of Amal Fellowship, I found these amazing 5 tips (Totkay) for Developing a Growth Mindset, which I would like to share.

  1. Self Talk
  2. Get Out of Your Comfort Zone
  3. Create New Habits
  4. Fake It Till You Make It

Here Self-talk means avoiding the negative thoughts that come to your mind for any task you need to do. Getting out of your comfort zone means that you need to put yourself in challenging situations this is how you can be successful to achieve your goals. Creating new habits is also a prominent way to shift your mindset from the Fixed to the Growth side. Fate it till you make it is a bit tricky, but it works well. It simply means that you need to behave confidently even if you are not. Research shows that people who tend to do so have more chances to reach their ultimate goal.

The following speech of coach Johnathan Flowers is also an example of Fake It Till You Make It. After this speech team, LELAND CHARGERS crushed the opponents and won a fantastic game.

Personally, my favorite Totka is to Get Out of Your Comfort Zone. To me, this is the most important key to success. If you want something in life you need to work hard for this and working hard is only possible if you are out of your comfort zone.

I have also started to implementing these Totkay in my life. Enrolling in Amal Fellowship was like getting out of my comfort zone and now I am learning skills in fellowship that will help me throughout my life. To keep growing I will keep looking for ways to implement these Totkay in my life. Surely they will contribute a lot to my success.
